Kailis Organic Wins International Gran Mention Diploma

International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Agency, in collaboration with ALMA - The Institute School of Italian Cooking directed by Gualtiero Marchesi and CRA (Olive Research Institute) recently announced the winners of the 2nd International Olive Oil Competition "Armonia" Trophy.

The competition is open to international producers of high quality, extra virgin olive oil, with the goal being to promote the awareness and knowledge of extra virgin olive oil through the harmonization of flavour in food-oil pairings in gourmet cooking schools and restaurants internationally.

Southern Hemisphere entrants included Chile, South Africa, New Zealand, Argentina and Australia.

Kailis Organic performed remarkably well against brilliant competition to receive a Gran Mention Diploma for their Chef's Blend.
