Approved by NASSA, IFOAM, AQIS and BFA as a certified organic producer, the processes extends from conserving water and minimizing chemical use, to employing sustainable production techniques and recycling waste. Kailis Organic blends Frantoio (50%), Leccino (20%), Coratina (15%) and Corregiola (15%) olive varieties. With herbaceous tomato leaf and artichoke characters emanating from the nose, it has a distinctive cool climate flavour.

The subtle and rich mouth feel extends into a mildly pungent and lingering finish, making it a perfect accompaniment with Italian bread, bruschetta or your favourite aleo olio pasta.
